Update: Network instability continues. Latency fluctuated between 600ms and 1600ms with constant 90% packet loss at the provider's gateway. The issue remains outside of our server's internal configuration.

Status: Infrastructure access issue
The server is responding to pings, but all management ports (SSH, VNC) are currently blocked by the hosting provider's firewall, likely due to automated resource protection. We are waiting for a manual resolution from the support team. No data loss is expected.

Status: The server is currently in "Suspended" status in the hosting panel.
Symptoms: SSH connection is rejected, Guest Agent is not responding, and all services (Sharkey, Matrix, Forgejo, Wiki.js) are offline.
Suspected cause: Possible resource exhaustion (OOM/IO Wait) leading to automated suspension by the provider or hosting-side technical failure.
Actions taken: Support ticket submitted to Senko Digital. Awaiting response.
